Im lost...I know nero does BIN/CUEs..but what the heck do i do with a .img file?

Use DVD Decrypter to burn the .img file to DVD
I Have Always Been Here
Toshiba Regza 37Z3030D, Toshiba HD XE1 + EP-10 ( Both Multiregioned), Samsung BD-P1500 Blu Ray. OPPO DV-983H -
as others have mentioned DVDDecrypter will do the job for burning ISO images to a a DVD, load up DVDDecrypter, select mode then ISO then write. Selecte your source and destination then press the big button and thats it.

You can try WinImage or ISobuster to extract all the file and burn them with the software you want
