I am working on my first rip using flexion.org's guide as my primary source. I am confused about how exactly to encode it however. It is a HK movie dvd and the preview stats list it as 4:3 aspect, interlaced, ntsc, and the 23.x fps. I am trying to rip it as a svcd on 2 80 minute cd's, and while my first test piece looked good, the motion seemed off. I noticed that by default, TMPGenc is set to Non-Interlaced so i was wondering if I need to select interlaced on both the video, and advanced tab. Also, what about the 3:2 pulldown, do I need that on both tabs? Basically, I would appreciate it if someone could tell me exactly what they would select as far as options with the preview stats i listed above.Thanks.
