  1. A friend video taped a band on a Hi8 camera, then I captured it as an mpg2 using my capture card. I recored the show on a nomad jukebox 3, a 48khz wav file. I tried to sych up the 2 sources in premiere, but the audio is slightly faster than the video and it gradually gets out of synch. Is there anyway I can synch these up? Am I going to have to synch the audio and video at certain intervals? The audio recording is longer than the video, but only because the video shut off early.

The info on the video file is:
    File Path: G:\Sample3.mpg
    File Size: 5.82GB bytes
    Total Duration: 2;04;02;15
Average Data Rate: 820.62KB per second
    Image Size: 720 x 480
    Pixel Depth: 0 bits
    Pixel Aspect Ratio: 0.900
    Frame Rate: 29.97 fps

    Audio: 48000 Hz - 16 bit - Stereo

The info on the audio file is:
    File Path: C:\music\LINE 2003-05-25 01_21_10.wav
    File Size: 1.54GB bytes
    Total Duration: 2;23;47;17
Average Data Rate: 187.50KB per second

    Audio: 48000 Hz - 16 bit - Stereo

You can use a program called Gold Wave to remove the audio portion you do not need, then mux the audio and video together with TMPGEnc or another encoder.
    Hello.
