that will depend on how the original files are encoded.

once you have them encoded to the dvd spec, join all the mpeg files together. import the joined file into DVD Lab, set chapter points before each video, and compile.

or, import each video individually, link the end of video 1 to the start of video 2, etc. etc. then set a chapter point just after the start of each video. compile.

as far as menus wasting space, the amount a simple text menu is going to take up is hardly worth mentioning - you've got 4.38Gb and you're quibbling over a few megabytes? actually, I just looked up a full screen menu file in dvd lab, with a background jpg image, and 9 text links to various chapters - it's 229K, not even half a megabyte.

if they aren't dvd compliant, run them through TMPGenc.

if they are, just burn 'em.

i personally would suggest you to include some sort of menu....DVDs are perfect for that...menu's usually take up hardly any space at all.....you could prolly do a simple menu in like 1 MB....or if you want some motion menu and buttons, it might be a little bit more space...but hardly anything significant...the menu will make your life alot easier when you wanna play the music vids
