Im sorry I don't speak dutch, but I will try my best to explain to you what OGM is.
OGM is basically a container of Multiple Audio tracks, usually nowadays for Anime encodes, includes, English & Japanese Audio Tracks and selectable Subtitles. It's like having a Mini DVD on your computer so to say.
The Audio consists of .OGG not to be confused with OGM which is a Video & Audio file, and consists of .OGG which is an Audio file ONLY !.
The video is encoded using XviD or DivX, usually is pretty nice quality.
To play your OGM files correctly you need codecs, but the best thing I can tell you is to download this player from www.corecoded.com which installs the things neccessary to play your OGM's correctly and I was really impressed by it.
Now their is a lot of debate whether or not OGM will take over the AVI, ASF ...etc formats, bu their is a new format emerging which ends with .MKV which is the Matroska. It is also like the OGM but seems to provide better quality with a 1 MB file size difference according to their homepage, and also seems to provide better Selectable subtitle support.
The Core Player link that I provided also plays the new Matroska .mkv format, and as I said before I was truely impressed by it so give it a try if you like or you can try out the old codec finding and installation method, your choice.
Now it is possible to create OGM's that have multiple Audio tracks and selectable subtitles to SVCD's, that can also have Selectable Audio and selectable subtitles as well but it all depends on whether or not your DVD Player can play them. You can also make VCD';s out of OGM's but you will only have Video & Audio and no Subtitles or another language track because VCD's don;t support those features.
You can check out my guide on how to create OGM;s to SVCD's with Multiple Audio tracks and selectable Subtitles.
I really don't know what else to tell but if you have any more questions please don't hesitate to post a reply.
