    i have many SVCD's and i am just wondering if there is a program that would tell me what the min/max/and avg bitrate of the video is.?

    just another suggestion,

    u can view the bitrate as u watch the movie in PowerDVD. i think you right click and select information. it will display the file info in the top right corner.
