Hi. Samsungs E-235 DVD player says full transcoding NTSC/Pal but my Q is - Is the player pal60 compatible?? If the player isnt pal60 then DVDs from reg 1 in NTSC stutters, the picture freezes for a 1/10 sec every 2-3 sec. Very anoying. So my Q is - Is Samsungs E-235 playing Pal50 AND Pal60?
