DVD Rip DIV X Download Movie

Downloaded a movie that was a DVD Rip DIV X AVI video file. I ran it through TMPGEnc as I wanted to eventaully take it off my HD and make it into a VCD movie on a CD/R disk. After running through Tmp I ended up with a CDI file. Any idea what made this happen. I used exactly all the same settings I normally use and have only had this happen one other time. Does the end result, which is of no value to me, have anything to do with the original DL. Only other thing the original file said was (hostile, see same desc. with hostile included) DVD RIP DIV X Hostile AVI FILE. Is there something to the Hostile that I do not understand.
