Seems that most background images and buttons that come with DVD Aurthoring programs are really pretty ugly, and the good ones get used up after 3 or 4 discs and then you dont wanna re-use them . So does anyone know a website or some source of cool pictures to use for menus, be they intended for this purpose or not.

You can use any picture you want. I usually make my own in Photoshop. Just save as 720x540 in jpg or whatever your software can handle.

You can also do an image search on google. Use the advance search and choose wallpaper size. If you find an image you like, just download and resize.
