What programmes are being used most to author VCDs by people who frequent this site? Which programmes are freeware?
VCDEasy is no longer freeware (its now shareware)... What's the next best thing? Opinions and ideas welcome.

For Windows, I suggest that the next best thing would be an older version of VCDEasy (1.1.4 or earlier).
