DV to DVD

I have a friend who wants me to convert his DV to DVD or VCD , so he can use his tapes again without buying new ones. He is going to let me use his DV cam.. but is there sommething else that will allow me to play his videoon A VCR but I don't want to buy my own DV camera.

I have also attch my Ad. for my new business and I need some help with my bills and other things. I do have MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.

You need a DV playing device to play DV. There are no adapters or anything.
