I recently completed my first VCD , everything turned out pretty good, the sound and picture are great. The first disc is about 1 hour and 5 minutes long (644 MB), but the second mpeg that I want to put on disc 2 is slightly larger, 720 MB!! Would I be able to get this on a 650 MB disc? I heard somewhere that VCD's only go by time, not file size, true?
