Before I complain to Samsung, I need to know this:
If I'm playing a full-screen 4:3 DVD, should I expect my DVD player to display the video at exactly that ratio? Instead of using the proper resolution, it displays everything at 720x480.
I have tried both of the player's settings (4:3 letterbox and 4:3 pan & scan), but it doesn't make any difference.
