Error in Dvd Workshop while recording a dvd

I was making a dvd in Ulead DVD Workshop and while I was recording this error came up at around 70%. Has anyone ever seen this error before? I don't know what this means, so can someone please tell me what this error means? Thanks

Thanks for the links btw. Will do some checking! 3 coasters now (2 different types of media). Need to iron this out before making more coasters!

Update...succesfully burnt one DVD on an RW but went to burn it on an R and made another coaster! (same error) Help?
