Hi I've been having a problem playing back SVCDs. Sometimes during playback the picture will start to jump, then become scrambled and then return to normal. The problem is once the picture returns to normal the sound is way out of sync (angle button trick doesn't fix it). However, if I stop the film and then return to just before the glitch occured and play then everything is ok and the film plays fine.

I don't know why stopping the film and then playing again would make everything ok. I use DVD2SVCD to create the mpg file from avi. I don't think I'm doing anything wrong when converting though, as I had the same problem with an SVCD somebody else created. If anyone has any suggestions I'd be very grateful.
