Is it possible to get photoshop to show the NTSC safe box like Premiere's titler does.
I wanna make shots in photoshop but my text goes off the screen alot.

Photoshop (as far as I know) doesn't have this feature built-in, but here are links to two pages that will help you make 'em yourself!
This first one has links to a Photoshop file w/ title safe and action safe layers, as well as t-s- and a-s for Illustrator:

This next one tells you the coordinates for placing your own safe boundry lines (scroll about halfway down the page):

I have not used either of these, but give 'em a try!
