    I have a movie thats split into two mpg files. How do i connect them togeather so i can place them on a DvD to play in a dvd player
    let me know thanks in advance

    Can i join them if so what do i use to join them and or do i need to join them and convert them to somthing ? ?

    you can use TMPGenc to join them - I do this all the time, I capture in 30 minute chunks to minimize any sync problems, then join the mpegs after I encode them.

    Go to File->Mpeg Tools->Merge & Cut

    Add your files to the list, name your output file, and hit "Run".
