I have an old music video tape that i want to transfer to DVD. The picture quality is good but the audio part is distorted and sound bad. I want to replace the audio sound with the same song ripped from a CD. I am going to work with wave format.
However, I run into the problem the CD sound is out of sync from the middle part towards the end of the song. Can anyone tell me what audio editing software I can use to stretch the sound to match the video? I am using Vegas Video 3 and it seems it cannot do that. Can anyone suggest a way to achieve that?
