How to change subtitle color to my desire color?

I know how to copy and paste using IfoEdit to copy color table.
But what I want to do further is changing the default subtitle color to, say, yellow or light blue.
I have examined the table and made some changes to it using IfoEdit but the result is unpredictable.
Anyone knows how to do the task, or gives me some ideas about the spec of subtitle color table?

Theory: How about you make let's say 10 subtitle tracks... all different colors. Import those subtitle tracks to DVD Maestro - Compile. Now open IFOEdit, and copy subtitle color... Then open the DVD you wanted to change the colors and paste! As I said, theory... could work... might not work... Go test it out....

I have tried copy color values from DVD A to DVD B but the result is yellow from A turned into pink in B. Weird.

Should me put our attention to the 3 values of each subtile track?
They do not look like a familiar RGB value.
