The DVD Burner that came with my computer is great, but I'm stuck with the "Sonic MyDVD" lousy DVD burning software. Can anyone point me in the direction of cheap or low-cost software that will let me put VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders (that I have created with TMPG DVD Authoring Software)into a video DVD and not Data DVD?

Low cost/freeware wise I personally always use IMG Tools and DVD Decrypter. I use IMG Tools to make an ISO image file of the VIDEO_TS folder, then burn that image with DVD Decrytper.
You can find both programs at http://www.doom9.org
Some people like Nero. Personally I think Nero is VERY hit and miss. Some verisons work, others do not (the newest one seems to). Record Now and Record Now Max are also popular. But all three of these programs cost money -
I use "COPY TO DVD" mate and have had no problems with it wat-so-ever,Its simple to use and it does other dvd formats aswell...........
