    Hey gang.. I am in Australia and want to know can people in the USA play a DVD that is PAL format that has no region code ??
    I know most of our DVD players / TV's play NTSC..

    It depends on the dvd player. I have a couple of dvd players at my apartment and the cheap one (the Go Video) automatically converts the Pal to NTSC so you can play it. My more expensive Aiwa does not do this.

    Both Machines are region coded, but you can also look up hacks on the hack section of this site.
