/usr/bin/mpeg2enc: Malformed Mach-o file

never had this problem before.. I ran the installer engine as I have done previously.

help!

Try to enter this command in Terminal:

ls -l /usr/bin/mpeg2enc

it should give the following answer:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 565968 Jun 1 01:47 /usr/bin/mpeg2enc

If the size is not the same then you failed to download the complete file and you should do it again.

mine says:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 570473 Jun 6 19:14 /usr/bin/mpeg2enc

which is larger isn't it?

tried download again, I used safari both times, i might try the download again with explorer and see what happens.

Okay, it's fixed!

i tried downloading again with explorer. No luck same problem.

Downloaded it one more time using iGetter, this time i got the correct file size, I installed it manually into /usr/bin and now it's fine.
