  1. I can copy dvd's less then 4.3Gb but the dual layers i can't copy.

    You need to provide more information on the software you are using for us to help specifically.

    But generally, using DVD Backup 1.3 to rip the DVD to your hard drive and DVD2oneX 1.0.1 to prepare those files so they'll fit on one blank DVD will work just fine, regardless of the source disk being single layer or dual layer.

  3. Good I got your point but how will I know which File is usefull or not or DVD2oneX will figure out itself if i rip a a dvd completely with DVDBackup.

    and I am using Toast Titanium for Burning.

    DVD2oneX has two processing modes:

    Disc Copy
    (where it will process all the video files created by DVD Backup and you get to select which audio tracks to include in the final output)

    or

    Movie Only
    (where it processes and outputs the movie only - no menus, no special features, no previews, etc. You still get to select which audio track(s) to include.

    There is a demo of DVD2oneX you can download that is "full featured" offering all the options, but the output is limited to 30 minutes. So if you want to test how DVD2one will process the DVD you wish to back up, you'll only get the first 30 minutes of the movie using the demo. That should be long enough to see the quality of the output.

    You can play the output on your Mac using the "DVD Player" utility in OS X or burn it to disk and view it on your TV.
