Can some of you expierenced guys, tell us noobs the best way that you have found to go from a divx file to dvd, i have been trying to follow numerous guides and cannot do it, i been trying for just under a week![]()

i've been trying for two years to find the "best" way to do it. be more specific, what problems did you have? all the guides will produce -something- at the end of them, why weren't you happy with the results?

in my post just below this one ' ulead dvd' . i have an mpeg2 file and an audio file, i do not know what to do with it, i want the two files intwined together so that i can burn them to dvd, i tried tmpgenc/file/mpeg tools, and got an error, can someone be more specific in guiding me, im a noob in da noob section,lol.

to take the the guess work out of it, download dvd2svcd and use the .avi template.
Otherwise, what error message are you getting when you mux the file? What did you do to split the file.
Another alternative would be to take the divx file, use dvd2avi and then load it into TMPGENC. There are a few guides here that will explain everything in more detail. -
Filefeeder go to tools on the left hand side of this webpage and find "TMPGEnc MPEG2 Plugin" download it and install it so you can open mpeg2 files straight in tmpgenc.
