I'm sorry, I'm fairly new to all of this. Can anyone explain to me or point me in the right direction. I wanted to know if there was a way to burn video clips and movie trailers that I downloaded off of KaZaa to a DVD. And yes I do have a DVD burner. But if there is a way to do it with a regular CD burner I would appreciate all that you could tell me. Thank You

If I understand you correctly you want to burn a DVD on your cd burner. So the answer to that is no, you cannot burn a DVD in your cd burner. DVD burners can burn DVDs and CDs, but cd burners can only burn CDs. As far as the movie clips and trailers, the clips are probably in the avi format. Most file downloaded from KaZaa are in this format. You can burn these to DVD or CD but you will only be able to watch them on your computer. To watch them in your stand alone DVD player you will have to convert them to MPG format. The trailers may be in MOV or some other format. You will also have to convert those to MPG if you want to watch them on a standalone DVD player.
