    If it is real DV not very much! 13GB an hour, so 128 MB only going to be a minute or so. I've looked at a couple of different cheap things like that, only to find that the specs are pretty poor. Low resolution, bad frame rate, etc. I wouldn't buy one unless you can send it back for refund!
    Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?
