    I read bunch of guides etc but I did not found how to extract MPEG2 and sound from DVD (not VOB files)

    I don't want to reincode etc... Just extract exactly what is there - all of it.
    Can you point me to the right App/Guide.

    Does DVD2AVI extract MPEG2 and sound?

    You can also use smartripper and rip to video and audio files.
