    The same thing has happened in the UK. However, it has been kept very quiet and very few people know that they can get their discs replaced FOC.

    Yea, it is, and it just goes to show that studios will take the extra step and make recalls even on "unnoticeable," small problems. "You_Are_Alive" recently commented and said a studio WON'T take these type of measures on such small issues. Glad to see they are wrong and studios will take actions in "some" cases for things which should be corrected.
