I am hoping someone can shed light on something I've noticed lately. When I use avisynth to clean up the source (avi captured with ADVC-100, NTSC, 720x480), I always end up with vertical lines across the screen when I play it on my standalone. I am uncertain if this is an issue with my standalone, as my PS2 doesn't have the ability to play DVD-RW, but they don't show up on my computer when played through WinDVD.
Anyway have any suggestions with this and what might be causing it? Could it be the set of filters I am using?
I am going to try and re-encode without using avisynth to see what I end up with.
Thanks in advance
