Ripped the movie The Rookie to make a backup

Used DVD Decrypter that was ok

the used DVD Shrink encoded to about 95% I got the following error

Dvd Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue the operation

Failed to lock overlay buffer for writing

This reason:Unkown

I have made lots of back up's but this one I cant seem to do has any one had this error or know a solution
