    Why do you want to put wma's on a vcd, is it to go over some video ?

    i think he means WMV

    if so, just TMPGEnc and just load it up in that - choose vcd pal or ntsc or whatever you are - and make the vcd that way - the same way you would with an avi.

    if you dont know how to use TMPGEnc i wont explain - but there are many tutorials on dvdrhelp.com to help you along the way
