I have both programs but I would like to know your opinions on which of the 2 provide the best end results with VCD or DVD.
I find the results with both to be the same quality but then my DVD/VCD player never has any problems playing media.
Thanks

"Quality is in the eye of the beholder"...
I think you answered your own question when you said that the quality from both looks the same.
The difference?
Video Pack (very expensive)....Nero (zilch)"Today is only yesterdays tomorrow" -
The big differnece is that w/VideoPack you should be able to make most what a vcd/svcd can do. Slideshows w/sound, either per slide or one song over multiple pictures. You can make menues, chapters. I think also you can include a VCD-player on the cd for playing on computers w/o a installed player. It hasnt got great reviews though so I suppose it could have been a better program. Version 4 was good but version 5 seem to have been a great disappoinment coz lack of new features. I havent bother to test it. I dont know if you can include data files w/VideoPack.

Yeah, Nero has more option for sure.
Video Pack has a better GUI. I think I will use Nero mostly.
Thanks
