    Will the price for recordable dvd discs fall?, How much will they cost later?
    think 20$ are a bit much

    Yes, it will fall, and it already has.

    By shopping around you can get DVD-R discs for USD10.00 or less, USD8.20 at some places. And those are prices for single discs not bulk quantities.
