    I want to know what is the best freeware software to burn
    a VCD and menus and if its worth it. I have a mitsumi CR-4804TE whith adaptec easy cd-creator(does not have vcd maker) and windows ME

    TSCV is great freeware tool. You find it at http://www.ttool.de including some guides.

    VCDImager Easy is also a great tool but does not offer as many options as TSCV yet. http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdimagereasy.htm

    Both these are based on the author application VCDImager.
