DVD+RW erase and burn movies on it

Hello!
I go straight to the point, I can't erase my DVD+RW disc in Nero, it comes a message that says:"SCSI Target error" Then nothing has happened. It tries to erase the disc in about 2-3 seconds then the message comes up. What to do!?
And then I have another question, can i burn more than 1 SVCD-movie on the DVD+RW-disc? You see, I have 2 movies splitted to 2 parts each, so I have 4 x 700 MB SVCD-images, can I burn all of these to one DVD? That would be GREAT! And of course make it work on a DVD-player.
I would really appriciate answers!

SVCD is 480x480. The DVD specs will accept 352x480 or 720x480. So you would have reduce the resolution to 352x480.

Yes, but how do I burn the files to start with?
Wich folders and so, i tried to burn the files as a simple SVCD but all 4 files in the same folder, it didn't work, HOW DO I DO?
