Whats the best dvd encoding tool?!

I have tried tempgenc and DVDX but I cant get them to work as I want them too!! Can you give me the settings you use?! well, I looked on vcdhelp.com too and I want to use Flask mpeg but I dont wanna buy the Panasonic mpeg thing! then I used the DVDX and the TEmpenc! please can someone help me with the settings on DVD x and where I can download the FULL panasonic mpeg plugin thing? Well you say you cant get them to work how you want them to but you dont say what you want. What exactly is the problem you are having? If you havent already you need to read the convert section, it will walk you through the process of going from dvd to vcd or svcd.

Please read the rules before posting as well. Do not request warez here. If you want the panasonic plugin you will either have to buy it or find it somewhere else.
