Anyone know where I could get my hands on the original Star wars movie trailers--good quality? I've checked out as many websites as I could but they all are horrible quality--any help is always appreciated!

AWESOME!! thanks for the link--just hope i can get them all before he closes his server!

That holiday special would be cool, if its good enough quality to go onto tv--my copy d'loaded of kazaa definitely isn't--also that whole wookie sequence is painful to sit through, but what are you going to do?

sorry for the delay--I got all of the original trailers and left the 2 new movies' stuff as most of that material is on the dvds anyways. I would happily upload this to someone else who wants to host it--but as far as person to person transfer, its WAY to big (250MB) to consider doing that. So if anyone knows someone who has lots of bandwidth and some space I would happily send it there--albeit not all at once. I watched them and they are decent quality.

  6. I got all the original trailers and most of the new stuff (the only thing missing is the two music videos).

I could also upload them to a central server if someone wants to host them.

Actually you would probably have a tough time finding the 1979 tv spot or the 1982 teaser trailer. Unless of course you can get your hands on the original set and they just happen to have the trailers (most didn't in those days)

  9. I was thinking of maybe hosting a website with these trailers on seeing that www.zutroy.org is now closed. My problem is that I don't have, nor can I afford that kind of space (around 730mb) so I am looking towards free options (such as Yahoo! Briefcase).

Does anyone know of places like Yahoo! Briefcase that offer free online space. If need be the files can be each stored in different accounts (like one trailer per account etc).

    Cheers.
