I am trying to convert a captured avi to a dvd compliant cvd w/ DVD2SVCD and eventually burn to dvd in the future (no reencoding). Under CCE Advanced Settings, do I just click on DVD Compliant? Is there a way to set the max. frames in GOP to 18(NTSC)?
