    I got all these .mpg (vcd) music videos i wanna stream from my site, and i was wonder what would be the best format to use, such as wmv, ra, ect...


    you guys got any suggestions, ifso give me a link to the program/website,
    I'm gonna mostly be streaming for 56k users...

    an WMV, with 21kbit/sec
    not .RA, cuz quite alot of people dont have real player(even i don't, i think its sh*t )

    ok so do i need windows media encoder for that?

    And do you know the html code for embeding the video on a webpage?

    you will need windows media encoder and the html is

    you can change the loop and width and length settings however you want by the way.....
