This story reminds me of somehting that they showed on the local (Washington DC) news recently. Someone left a box on the lawn in front of the Pentagon and they called in the bomb squad to blow it up (they also showed them blowing up tha package on the TV news). They later said that the package did not contain any explosives. I was immediately thinking I bet it was a box fulled with feces!
