I'd like to burn all of my svcd's to dvd without re-encoding all the files. Can I do this? If so, which dvd authoring program would be best to add menu's and chapters?
Thanks,

i would recommend author with spruceup or dvdmaestro.
some other methods:

or you could use dvdlab trial, just add the svcd mpgs and it will fix it for you
