  1. I am trying to play my burned dvd2svcd files with powerdvd and windvd (latest versions) and whenever it gets to 10 minutes on Windvd, it freezes and a mpeg2 windows pops up. Powerdvd plays it, but it has tons of different colored blocks and it jerks around constantly.. any help?

Have you tried playing your disc in a SVCD-Compatible Standalone DVD Player?

  3. Someother suggestions/comments to you

What is you PC config? (Speed, ram, etc)
Is DMA turned on (cd rom drive)
Try Windvd tweaker if all else fails

  4. hi. I also use windvd but i have a different problem. sometimes it would give me an error message saying "create overlay failed. lower color depth or resolution". even if i do that i would still have the same problems unless i reboot the computer. it's becoming too inconvenient to always have to reboot. do you think windvd tweak can solve my problem and where can i get it?
i have an amd tbird 1.2G 512 DDR RAM on EPOX 8k7a with visiontek 32mb Nvidia TNT2.
    thanks!
