    Dear Sirs,

    I am interested in video cd authoring and it seems that the only video cd authoring tool is the Philips Media Optimage Video CD 2.0 Toolkit which is alsmost seven years old.

    I am wondering if with today's standards the Video CD 2.0 Toolkit is a good choice and also if nero 5.10 can burn the Video CD 2.0 Image file.

    please, I need to know also if I can create dvd like chapters with a single mpeg file.
