Hi
I have got virtualdub set up, figures how to flip it so that my film is the correct way round, my problem now is what do I do next. I tried saving it as avi, but the 4gb error message came up.
What do I do, as I do not know what to save it as. I have tried the framserve option, but nothing happened.
Could someone please give me a step by step instructions on how to change the dat file from my vcd (which was upside down), to an mpeg that I can put back on a vcd (which will be the right side up).
Thanks again, I would be lost without you all.
Take care
Scarlet

In VirtualDub, have you chosen which compression to use?
When you go to save the avi, goto video tab, then select "full processing mode". Next goto Video > compression. Select a codec (DivX fast motion for example, if you have DivX installed), and do the same thing with the audio. Then save your avi andit should be considerably smaller.
Hope this helpsThx in Advance!! -
If for some reason thats not the answer yourl ooking for try saving the file in sections... unless your converting to a capatable DVd format you shouldnt need a file any where near 4gb.
