but the rest of the chapters in movie 1 play one after the other and it goes to movie 2 as soon as movie 1 is finished and back to the menu
    (movie 1 = vob 1 and movie 2 = vob2 ,the actual second movie is made of movie 3 and 4 )
should i be telling the player to play movie 1 chapter 2 after chapter 1 and so on
ive used svcd to dvd and have 2 movies
main menu and u select which movie -i just want to play the full movie ,i put in the chapters so the fastforward would work-didnt seem to work that well without them
the same happens in the second actual movie, movie 3 chapter 1 skips tp movie 4

anyone else have a prob like this -seems to work fine in power dvd -could it be the player

    well i have this sorted
i set up 4 seperate movies on 1 dvd
    i set up the menu
press start on menu starts first movie
in the connection tab movie 1 goes to movie 2 ,movie 2 to movie 3 and so on
    all above good
note the way i had it set up above meant each movie was a chapter
hmm now i think to myself didnt i see a post where if u put chapters in each movie it helps with fast forward
so i go to each movie and put chapter points at 10 mins apart
    BAD
i didnt go back and check the connection dialog ,if i did i would have noticed that mastero now has movie 1 chapter 1 which was 45 mins long and is now 10 mins long set to go to movie 2 when finished and skipped the rest of the chapters in movie 1

so to make a long story longer
if u are putting chapter points in your movie, and there are a couple of seperate movies on the dvd,MAKE SURE u put them in before sorting out the connection dialog

    hope this helps someone
or maybe every one is smarter than me-more than likely
