    My guess would be to get the video and audio files out of them, then its an easy process.

    I think there is an extractor for .vob files. Check versiontracker.com

    once you have them out, its easy to put the parts together, granted they are all in sequence.

    if its all different parts, then you will need to compile each audio to video first, then join them.

    Somewhere to start at least

  5. I use con(cat)enate for all vob joining, also works for mpv and mpa.
    Very simple command, but there is an applescript routine in MoreMissingTools.
