  1. ok my DVD PALs to SVCD are really smooth and good.

when i do DVD NTSC i worked out i need to use telecine to get rid of those yukky lines that come up when something moves on the screen.

That works but the NTSC isnt as smooth as the PAL.
Normal people cant tell but because im fussy i can tell the difference.

My tv and dvd plays NTSC and PAL, so i dont need to convert.

so how do i just rip and copy the NTSC DVD so it looks as smooth and normal like the PAL ones.

    Thanks guys and girls

  2. What program are you using if are using DVD2SVCD then you shouldn't have any line problems. If you aren't then i sugeest

You should use DVD2SVCD. Its a very good program that encodes NTSC standard. Plus you advanced options to customize your encoding experience.

here is a link where you can downlaod it.

With this tool you will also need to get CCE-SP(Cinema Craft Encoder -SP
this encoder by far is the best.
I have tried TMPGEnc i had a alot of problems with jerky video even though i used the option of inverse telecine on top of that it took very long to encode a movie.
