Threesome accused of engaging in sex acts on LIRR train
September 23, 2002
The threesome allegedly engaged in sex just wouldn't quit -- not until seven Long Island Railroad stops, a passenger's complaint, a conductor's pleas and three sets of handcuffs later, that is.
A Wantagh couple and the husband's brother were arrested Saturday by Metropolitan Transportation Authority police after the three allegedly engaged in sex on an early morning train from Penn Station, police said.
"They were interrupted at Merrick,” one MTA police officer said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
The three -- Lyle Greene, 41, his wife, Francine, 40, both of 42 Ribbon Lane, and Lyle's brother Dennis, 40, of 3744 Richard Lane in Wantagh -- had apparently been partying in the city the night before and bought tickets home to Wantagh, authorities said.
Shortly after the train left Penn Station at 6:05 a.m., Francine Greene allegedly began engaging in illicit sexual acts in public with both brothers, police said, adding that they continued even after a passenger expressed disgust and complained to a conductor.
"He told them to stop, and they resisted,” the officer said. "They just didn't want to stop.”
The conductor then called MTA police, who met the train at the Merrick station. The three were arrested and charged with public lewdness. They were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to be in First District Court in Hempstead on Sept. 30.
MTA spokesman Tom Kelly confirmed the details of the incident yesterday.
Strange occurrences often happen on the trains, and this was one of the more unusual, the officer said. "We've seen sexual acts going on at the station,” he said. "I've never seen it on a train.”
No one answered the door yesterday at Lyle and Francine Greene's ranch-style home, where children's toys -- a toppled grocery cart filled with action figures, a stroller, a mini two-wheeled bike -- littered the front doorway.
Neighbors said the couple have two small children and moved in a few months ago.
Dee Santis, 46, a neighbor, said, "These are beautiful people, beautiful people,” before walking away.
A neighbor on Ann Lane near Dennis Green's house who didn't want his name used said Greene no longer lived at the home with his wife and three children. He described Greene as a hard-working man who made many friends in the six years he has lived in the neighborhood.
"They're good people,” he said. "It's accusations and heresy. Right now I don't believe it. I don't see him being a crazy guy. I don't see him being a pervert.”

that sounds like the begining of a Jerry Springer episode.
maybe if there is some paternity issues after they might even get an appearance on Maurie.God created man and finding him not sufficiently alone, gave him a companion to make him feel his solitude more keenly. -- P. Valery -
I'm still wondering if it was the fact that the two men are brothers or that the other passengers were complaining that makes this so unusual?
-
I think the other passengers and conducter were just pissed because they wouldn't let them join in.
As far as the one person in the article stating he's seen sex acts at the station but not on the train, OH PLEASE.
Though I must admit I would complain, if they were skanky, but otherwise I'd be searching for my camcorder, then again I am a guy. LOL. -
really what makes people just decide on a packed train to get down with it and start plugging holes?
either these people have no brains or just love to ****.God created man and finding him not sufficiently alone, gave him a companion to make him feel his solitude more keenly. -- P. Valery -
The train was going from Manhattan to Long Island in the morning. I would think that the train would be pretty empty. Not to many reverse commuters using the LIRR, I would think.

even if there was only a few people in the carriage, its not the right place for a cluster ****.
what did the husband ask? can my brother do you doggy style while you suck me off? pah-leeese.God created man and finding him not sufficiently alone, gave him a companion to make him feel his solitude more keenly. -- P. Valery -

Actually, this news story reminds me of a scene from the movie Risky Business. Except in the movie it wasn't a threesome.

just got an update for this story in yesterdays MX.
apparently the husband and wife both pleaded guilty to the charges, but the brother on the other hand is trying to get of the charge.
if he gets convicted he loses his job as a nurse.
arguments being, that the space where alleged sexual act took place, was not big enough for a woman to give one man head while the other was doing her in the doggy position.
lol i think this guy has got buckleys chance of getting off.
