I would like to try one of the tools that allows me to rip the DVD to files on my hard drive and then Burn to DVD with Nero (like DVD2One), since I can't get Instant Copy to work (getting File not found error on anything I try to burn). My problem is, the copy of Nero I have came with my CDRW Burner and it won't work with my DVD+RW burner. Is there anyway short of repurchasing Nero to fix this issue? I would like to avoid buying software I already own.
Thanks in advance

I had the exact same situation, although I can't remember exactly how I resolved it. Try downloading the latest version of nero and upgrading, it might recognize your dvd burner then, I am pretty sure that's what happened to me.
And the upgrade is free, granted that the version that came with your cdrw burner is version 5 or above.Turn your head and cough. -
