  1. I have followed the steps on creating a dvd-svcd file and have demultiplexed, rencoded the sound file, multiplexed and used dvd patcher. after I insert everything and go to "Make A Disc" it asks me if I want High Quality 8000kps, Fair Quality 6000kps, and so on. Does it matter which one I choose?

Also when I select any of them and go to create a dvd directory (so I can re use dvd pather on the VOB files) I get the eroor

"The number of video frames in a GOP is not valid for a DVD"

What does this mean and how can I fix it. Thanx.

Your answer should be in here somewhere https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=132189. I used DVDW a couple of times to do what your doing & had no problem. I certainly wasn't asked about quality as it never tried to reencode...
